What to Expect
How are IBCs transported?
IBCs are securely strapped on flatbed or enclosed trailers. We use professional equipment to prevent shifting during transport.
Do you provide unloading?
Yes, our trucks are equipped with forklifts or pallet jacks. We can unload to your dock, warehouse, or ground level.
What about stacking?
We can stack IBCs up to 2-3 high depending on condition. Additional charges may apply for placement services.
Is liftgate available?
Yes, liftgate service is available for locations without loading docks. Please request when ordering.

Transport FAQs
What if I am not available at delivery time?
We require someone to be present to receive and sign for delivery. If you cannot be present, you can designate an authorized representative.
Can you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, we deliver to residential locations. However, access may be limited and additional handling fees may apply if special equipment is needed.
Do you offer weekend deliveries?
Weekend deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee. Please request at least 3 business days in advance.
What happens if containers are damaged in transit?
All shipments are fully insured. If damage occurs, document it at delivery and notify the driver immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Can you pick up empty IBCs from a different location than delivery?
Yes, we offer round-trip services. Pick up your new IBCs and drop off empties for recycling or resale in one trip.
